Bayern Munich are looking to bolster their attacking options in the summer transfer window.
The German giants were keen to sign Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen, but Christian Falk confirms that he wants to join Liverpool instead.
Bayern are looking at options elsewhere after missing out on Wirtz, and they possibly want to sign a high-profile winger rather than a number 10.
Bayern Munich keen to sign Rafael Leao

According to Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg, Bayern are looking closely at AC Milan winger Rafael Leao.
Bayern are looking at a marquee signing for the left-wing role, and have earmarked Brighton & Hove Albion’s Kaoru Mitoma.
However, Leao has emerged as another major option for them.

The 25-year-old highly skilled winger has a contract at San Siro until 2028. He has been in brilliant form this season, having contributed to 21 goals for AC Milan in all competitions.
Plettenberg claims that Max Eberl has a good relationship with super-agent Jorge Mendes, and the pair has held talks over Leao.
Rafael Leao could be a smart signing for Bayern Munich
Bayern have bid farewell to one of their longest-serving players, Thomas Muller, while the future of Leroy Sane remains unclear.
Sane has yet to sign a contract extension at Allianz Arena, and there is a high probability that he might look to move elsewhere following the expiry of his contract.
Kingsley Coman is another player whose future is far from certain. Falk said recently that Coman does not want to move to Newcastle United, but he could be interested in moving to Saudi Pro League clubs.
Therefore, it is quite clear that Bayern need a quality left-winger, and Leao could be a good option for them.
Leao joined AC Milan in the summer of 2019 and has scored 70 goals for the club in all competitions.
He has got fantastic dribbling skills (3.9 per game), and is very good at finding key passes (1.7), per WhoScored, for his teammates.
We can hope that Eberl can use his contact with Mendes to secure a deal for Leao at a decent price, although there are other quality options available in the market.
