Bayern Munich have reached an agreement with Liverpool to sign Luis Diaz.
The Reds winger emerged as one of Bayern’s top targets this summer after they missed out on Nico Williams and Bradley Barcola.
Liverpool rejected two bids from Bayern and insisted that the player would not be sold. However, the German champions have finally reached an agreement.
Agreement details for Luis Diaz

Christian Falk informed CFBayern that Bayern will pay around €75m [£65.5m] to sign the Reds winger, who scored 17 goals last season in all competitions.
The 28-year-old has been granted permission to leave the club’s pre-season tour to Asia. He will now fly to Germany on Monday and will undergo his medical on Tuesday.
According to a report from The Times, Diaz will sign a four-year contract at Bayern, with an option for a further 12 months.
Liverpool initially did not want to sell Diaz, but the player and his representatives continued to push for an exit after two rounds of contract negotiations did not materialise.
The Colombian had two years remaining on his deal at Anfield, and there was a huge gap between what Liverpool were willing to pay and the demands made by Diaz’s agent.
Bayern badly needed to sign a new winger this summer following the departure of Leroy Sané, and they will finally secure the signing of Diaz.
Liverpool could look to sign more players
The Premier League champions have made seven signings already this summer and have taken their spending spree to over £300m.
The Reds are likely to use Diaz’s money to sign another top attacker, with Alexander Isak being named as a possible target.
It will be interesting to see if Bayern now focus on securing another attacker this summer, with Nick Woltemade being heavily linked with a move.
