Bayern Munich are not interested in signing Rasmus Hojlund or Nicolas Jackson.
The Bavarian giants are keen on bolstering their forward line further following the signing of Luis Diaz.
However, their efforts, up to this point, had been invested in getting a deal for VfB Stuttgart striker Nick Woltemade over the line.
With that prospective move appearing to have fallen apart, the Bundesliga giants appear to have now turned their gaze to Christopher Nkunku.
Bayern won’t be looking at Hojlund or Jackson

Christian Falk now reports that neither Rasmus Hojlund nor Nicolas Jackson can be considered serious targets for FC Bayern.
With that in mind, former Liverpool left winger Diaz is being prepared to act as a potential backup option for Harry Kane in the central striking position.
“It is NOT TRUE that Bayern were interested in Rasmus Hojlund or Nicolas Jackson this summer,” the Bayern transfer news expert exclusively informed CF Bayern Insider.
“The plan is to play with Harry Kane in the striker position, with Luis Diaz pre-planned as Kane’s backup.”
There is method to the madness. After all, Arne Slot enjoyed considerable success deploying the Colombian international as an auxiliary striker whilst Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez struggled with injury and bad form, respectively.
Diaz registered nine goal contributions in 15 appearances as a central forward in the 2024/25 season.
Bayern can still do a deal with Chelsea in the summer window
We still suspect that Bayern Munich will be involved in some dealings with Chelsea in this transfer window.
Versatile attacker Christopher Nkunku is increasingly of interest to Bayern decision-makers and would plug a number of gaps in the squad.
Hojlund and Jackson, however, both come with considerable issues attached.
The out-of-favour Manchester United striker, for starters, has proven to be far from lethal in front of goal since his Old Trafford switch.
There’s undoubtedly talent aplenty with his Chelsea counterpart, but the Senegalese footballer has struggled with both discipline and consistency during his time in London.
By contrast, Bayern know what they’d be getting from Nkunku, given the Frenchman has already proven his worth in the Bundesliga.
