Bayern Munich could be an option for Dusan Vlahovic?
According to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Vlahovic is likely to leave Turin when his contract expires next summer.
He is on a high wage package, and the Serie A giants will not be able to afford him. Therefore, a move from Juventus is on the cards, and Man Utd are mentioned as a possible destination.
The Red Devils could look to replace Joshua Zirkzee, who has failed to adapt to the demands of the Premier League since his move from Bologna.
La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Giovanni Albanese has claimed that the Serbian striker could be comfortable moving to other top clubs such as Bayern, Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Vlahovic has scored 62 goals in over 145 games for Juventus in all competitions since moving from Fiorentina in 2021. He scored 17 goals in all competitions last season and has started the season strongly, managing four goals in four games already.
Should Bayern consider signing Dusan Vlahovic?
Bayern signed Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea during the summer window on loan, and they have an obligation to buy him if he starts over 40 games.
The German giants can negotiate on their own terms to lower Chelsea’s asking price if Jackson turns out to be a big success at the club. However, Bayern are unlikely to sign him permanently on the current terms.
Harry Kane remains their first-choice striker, but there are suggestions that the former Tottenham Hotspur attacker could consider returning to the Premier League.
Moreover, Bayern need to consider long-term plans without Kane, who will turn 33 next July.
At 25, Vlahovic can be a long-term option for any top club, including Bayern. If they can sort out his wages, he could be a terrific signing on a free transfer.
