Bayern Munich will face Chelsea in their first 2025-26 Champions League group stage game at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday.
The Bavarian giants made a sluggish start last season and had to struggle to qualify for the knockout rounds, and they want to learn from their past mistakes.
Harry Kane has reminded his Bayern teammates of the importance of making a strong start to the Champions League campaign, starting against Chelsea.
Chelsea toughtest opponent Bayern will face thus far

Bayern have made a strong start in the Bundesliga this season, winning three games in a row and scoring as many as 13 goals already.
They have beaten the likes of RB Leipzig, Augsburg, and Hamburg quite comfortably, and would love to carry the momentum forward in Europe.
Chelsea have also made a decent start in the Premier League, remaining unbeaten in the opening four games, winning two of them.
The reigning FIFA Club World Champions have added quality players this summer, and despite sending Nicolas Jackson to Bayern on loan, they boast a powerful squad.
Here, we take a look at three players who can cause problems for Bayern.
Joao Pedro
The Blues have been heavily reliant on Cole Palmer over the past 12 months, but so far, other players have stepped up nicely.
One of them is Pedro, the Brazilian attacker who moved to Chelsea from Brighton & Hove Albion in the summer transfer window.
The 23-year-old has already managed two goals and three assists, with a goal conversion rate of 22%. He has managed 2.3 total shots, and also played out 1.0 key passes per game.
Pedro Neto
Having now settled in nicely at Stamford Bridge, this season, we can see the best from Neto.
The dazzling winger was outstanding against West Ham United and Fulham, and he has been involved in some fantastic chance creation for the team.
The Portuguese makes 2.3 key passes per game, and Bayern right-backs must make serious plans for how to keep him quiet.
Moises Caicedo
The 23-year-old is dominating the midfield at the moment, and Bayern have to come up with a plan to nullify his threat.
The defensive midfielder has made four tackles, three interceptions, 1.3 clearances and 5.5 ball recoveries in the Premier League thus far.
The Ecuador international has also scored two goals, and his battle with the likes of Joshua Kimmich and Leon Goretzka would be crucial.
