Manuel Neuer has showered heaps of praise on Bayern Munich youngster Tom Bischof.
The 20-year-old is widely considered one of the rising talents in German football, and he showed his quality for Bayern in his first start last week.
Bischof joined Bayern on a free transfer during the summer from TSG Hoffenheim after his contract expired. The box-to-box midfielder can play as an attacking or wide midfielder, and he has already made quite an impression.
Tom Bischof impressed vs Werder Bremen

Bischof made his first start in the Bundesliga last week in the 4-0 win over Werder Bremen.
Vincent Kompany decided to drop Joshua Kimmich to the bench, and Bischof was given a chance to impress.
The former Hoffenheim midfielder started alongside Leon Goretzka, and he was brilliant on the night, as he provided an assist as well.
The technically gifted midfielder was solid with his defensive duties and looked dangerous every time he carried the ball forward.
He covered a total distance of 13.23 kilometres and played with so much confidence. In the end, he provided the assist for Konrad Laimer’s goal and made a strong impression.
In terms of stats, he made 96 total touches, registered 92 per cent accuracy of his 84 passes, and attempted a total of three shots against Bremen.
